We then unpack what it means to have a productive work ethic, where we challenge you to chase the goal and not the clock and to get out of the job mindset and into the craft mindset. This includes your timing and pace as a professional.
The third step is to focus on the customer, putting the customer at the centre of your universe and giving your best to deliver real value. In a referrals-driven industry, you are only as good as your last job, so make every job your best!
