• The differences between prefinished UV lacquered engineered flooring and oil-based options, including pros and cons.
• The differences between using a single component coating for residential and using a two-component coating for commercial flooring.
• Maximising the opportunity of bespoke colour and coating choices for your projects, plus how to safeguard your risk.
• The criticality of engineered flooring care and maintenance requirements in your upfront flooring choices and the long-term approach to keep luxe floors looking luxe, including regular care, refresh strategies, and when sanding and sealing is required as a last resort.
